Ready or not...here we go!

Well as always our life is constantly changing and gets more exciting every minute! This last month has been lots of fun I went and saw Princess and the Frog with my Mom, sister in law Tori and my cute nieces Audrey, Trina, and Kyleigh. It was a lot of fun and a good girls night out. I drove up to Spokane to see Ryan for Thanksgiving which is where he was to do his POW and MIA training which was really intense. I didn't take very many pictures but we went to a Hockey game lots of movies, and had Thanksgiving Dinner at the Ramada. We also went and saw some gorgeous waterfalls in the middle of downtown.
AND last but not least....We are having a baby! We are really excited and are super excited the baby will have a cousin one month older and lots of our friends are due around the same time as us also. Even though we will be out of state we will be visiting lots. I have been REALLY nauseous and thrown up several times and am super tired but am almost done with the yucky part. I am due July 19. We can't wait til we are in Washington and life is a little normal.

We are home for the Holidays, finally together. Then the second we head to Altus Oklahoma til March or April. We are almost done with this stretch of craziness and are excited about everything to come.

On to the next thing!

Well I am back in Utah until Christmas. Ryan is currently in Spokane until the 30th of this month. He is doing survival training, pretty much he has to spend six days in the cold snowy mountains finding his own food, shelter, water and in the process avoid being captured. The National Weather Service issued a warning for this weekend saying that there will be "potentially life threatening conditions" Yes he left Saturday and won't be back til Thursday. Then it doesn't stop there he will have POW training also where he will get beaten pretty bad and then interagated. After that he has water survival school in Florida for three days, then Oklahoma for two weeks...then FINALLY home to Utah for two weeks for Christmas. Then we both will go to Oklahoma until April. Then in May we will be moving to McChord AFB in Washington!! We are really excited about the next few months and that there is a point in time that our lives might settle down a little bit! We had a ton of fun in Texas, we went to Corpus Christi, Sea World, Ryan graduated Tech School and we enjoyed getting to be together again.

Update

Sorry no pictures but here is an update on the craziness that we call life...After Ryans graduation we found out his tech school would be 4 months instead of the 2 we were originallly told. The plan was for me to come visit on weekends. Well after two weekend trips and spending over 500 bucks each trip we decided to take a leap of faith and have me move down. So I am now in Texas we found an apartment for 345 a month and my wonderful father in law drove down with me with a car full of stuff to be able to survive with. I am on week two and couldn't be happier anywhere but here. So your wondering what about school and work?? Well I called my boss who has always been so good to me told her my plans...she says...when do you want your last day to be? I'll take care of it...School? They are awesome too...I have about three weeks left and Ryan has SERE traing for three weeks in the wilderness that I cant be with him for so...I will be back in Utah finishing up during that. So now we get to see each other everyday and all weekend. So life is good. We still have no idea where we are getting stationed or even where the rest of Ryans tech school will be after our month here in Texas ends...but we are enjoying every miute of the madness, as long as we are together :) Cheesey I know but you would be too after two months with out your husband! Thanks EVERYONE for all the love and support!!

1 Month Down!

Ryan has been gone one month today! Its crazy to think its already been that long...He is doing really good, I have gotten lots of letters and he has been able to call four times. The time has flown by and his graduation is the 27th of August! He hates being bald, and is staying under the radar which is a very good thing to do at basic. He is in charge of cleaning the latrine and his Training instructor likes him and knows who he is for the good he has been doing. School has been good and makes the days go by faster! We will find out in September where we will be stationed and things are moving right along!!!

I am so proud.....

Well tomorrow is officially one week since Ryan left for Basic, one week down seven to go!! I am SO grateful for all of my family and friends who love and support not only me but also Ryan. I am so proud of him and what he is not only doing for our country but also for us as a couple. Even though this sucks and I know it wont be easy it will make our lives so much easier and get him to where he wants to be career wise. The first few days were EXTREMELY hard, i know I'm a baby, but it has gotten easier. Then the highlight of my week was Friday when I got a phone call from him and we got to talk for a bit. Then today I got an e-mail from the missionary couple serving on base that got to brief him on being in the Military as a member of the church and I love the bald picture!!! So it does suck but with how busy I am it helps. I am pretty much busy from 7am to 9pm everyday so the days fly by. I am enjoying school and work and cant wait for this to be over! Keep Ryan in your prayers. Oh and I had a blast with my family for the fourth of July I have the cutest nieces and nephews in the world (on both my side and Ryan's) and love any chance to hang out with any of them!

Well life has been all over the place the last few months. It feels like time has flown and I dont know where it has gone. We have gone to a ton of bees games and gone to the air show and gone to San Francisco, and tried to spend as much quality time as possible together. We have had a lot of fun but are now down to the business!! Ryan left today for Basic Training, he is officially an Airman in the Air Force. I am so proud of him but the next few months are gonna suck!!!!! I know he is gonna do an awesome job and I'm gonna keep as busy as possible. Luckily I have so many amazing family members and friends that I know are gonna be here for me in the hard times. I am going to school at the forum and getting my master esthetics. Also I am gonna be working and trying not to go nuts!! I am so grateful for Ryan and the sacrifice he is making not only for me but for our Country. Here's hoping the next few months fly by.

Oh Warm Weather...how we miss you...

We went down to Arizona and had a blast. We went shopping, layed out by the pool, ate in 'n' out, hung out with Ryan's mission buddy and spent a ton of time with family! We got there Thursday and Saturday we got to meet our long lost cousin Mary Beth. It was a good excuse to get to together with family and to get to know someone we didn't know about for a long time. There we sixty something of us there and it wasn't everyone. Its crazy how big my Mom's side of the family is. Sunday we spent easter with my Uncle Tom and Aunt June's family which was as always good. We went to a Diamond Backs game with Ryan's mission buddy, Whipple. We also went and saw Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D, it was so cute and we highly recommend it! We had so much fun and really enjoyed spending time with all of our family. The bad part of course was coming home Tuesday night to snow and freezing weather, Arizona was in the eighties. So it was pretty miserable coming back to crapppy weather. Needless to say we really are hoping that the Air Force will move us somewhere warmer by the time Snow rolls around again. We are so grateful for such wonderful family that is always so fun to visit, and for the opportunity we had to meet Mary Beth. It is so good to have a piece of My Aunt Sue with us again.

We all looked super sexy in 3D glasses

Life is Crazy...and our house is no longer a home

Well as I previously mentioned Ryan has signed with the Air Force...but here is the latest update! It is looking like he will be going to Boot Camp the end of June...which means he will be here for his birthday and our Anniversary! Which I am happy about! He is going to be a Loadmaster which apparently is a really good job and one that is hard to get. We are pretty excited about it. After Boot Camp he will go to the tech school for his training which we aren't sure where that will be yet. The plan is for him to finish his bachelors which he only has a few semesters left on. Then he will apply to become an officer which he needs to be to become a Pilot. So we are at the beginning of a long and exciting journey. Being the type of person I am I like to be prepared, organized and to do everything in an orderly manner. So we decided to move things into my parents garage in steps. Well yesterday was my day off and I went wild. I took down all of our decorations and pictures and anything and everything except the essentials. It has finally made it feel real though that we will be moving again in a few months..maybe I got a little too overzelous though...Here are some pictures of the current state of our house..Nothing on the walls and boxes.

VEGAS!! and an update

BYU vs. Air Force Game

We went down to Vegas this last weekend as we do every year for the Mountain West College Basketball Tournament. We went with our friends Brad and Diondra and Joey and Mills. We went to some games and gambled and went shopping, layed by the pool and sipped on pina coladas, walked the strip a couple times, rode the roller coaster at New York New York, ate In N Out a lot...and of course lots of other food too. Old Vegas has our favorite... deep fried twinkies they are so good! It was way nice to get away and to spend some time together and with friends. We cant wait for our next vacation. Also I am finally allowed to tell everyone Ryan has signed to join with the Air Force!!! We don't know the exact date yet but know it will be mid May that he goes to Basic Training. We are gonna move in with our parents so I am not alone while he is gone because I do not do well alone. I am also gonna work 2 jobs to keep just as busy as he will be! We are SUPER excited about whatever is ahead for us in the future!! We should know more shortly and will keep everyone posted!
